Do I need to be home?+−
Nope. As long as your bin is curbside after pickup, we'll handle the rest. You'll get a notification when we're done.
What if it rains?+−
Light rain doesn't stop us. For severe weather we'll reschedule automatically and notify you — no charge.
Is the soap safe for pets and plants?+−
Yes. We use a biodegradable, non-toxic disinfectant. All wastewater is captured on our truck — nothing goes into the storm drain.
